1. put your bag away.
2. Wipe your table down.
3. Put your Apron on.
4. Take your Jackets off.
5. Take Jewelry,watches etc off.
6. tie hair up.
7. Wash your hands.
DURING ROUTINES
1. Get the equipment out needed for your practical.
2. Choose your ingredients for what you are baking.
3. Keep the required food away from other food so we don't contaminate food.
4. We keep our stools under our desks.
AFTER ROUTINES
1. Wash your dishes
2. Scrape all your leftovers
3. Clean the table
4. Wipe table
5. Dry the dishes
6. Put Dishes away
7. Grab the tea towels back in cupboard.
8. Take apron off.
9. Put food in your lunch boxes.
