Anzac Biscuits.

ANZAC BISCUITS

Ingredients
½ cup rolled oats
½ cup flour
½ cup sugar
½ cup coconut
½ teaspoon baking soda
1T golden syrup
50g butter

Method

  1. Put all dry ingredients into a bowl and mix
  2. Melt butter and Golden Syrup in a bowl in the microwave for 20 seconds
  3. Combine ingredients until the mixture is able to be rolled together. If too dry add a teaspoon of water to help.
  4. Roll into small teaspoon size balls and flatten with a fork.
  5. Bake on 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until brown.
  6. Leave on tray until cool.
