this is how to kill bacteria
Food
Make sure all food is covered or stored correctly. Do not leave out longer than 2 hours

Food is stored in airtight containers, no holes in packing
Time
Food should not be left out more than 2 hours
Temperature
Foods are stored in freezer - 18 or fridge of 2-4 cooked over 75 and reheated over 80 degrees
Moistvie
Food is left to cool prior to going into fridge to avoid condensation
Neutral emiromemt
Preserving foods with vinegar, salt, lemon affects the growth, clean surfaces with antibacterial spray
